This fully supportive package may be a good one to choose for 2nd or 3rd time mums who know what they want, have done some kind of antenatal/hypnobirthing course and want the extra added support of sharing the journey with a birth worker/doula:

This package may be preferred if you need a little bit more support with either extra antenatal content or maybe a home massage or yoga class may be beneficial. A lovely package for busy mamas and those 2nd time around birth experiences. Home visits are ante and post natal to plan when you prefer.

A more nurturing package if you would really benefit from practicing biomechanics, yoga, massage and sound healing as well as full antenatal content. A lovely all round blend of support, holistic and spiritual guidance. The home visits can be split into ante or post natal.

Add a pre natal yoga for birth or a 1:1 postnatal 1 hour healing yoga session and/or a 1 holistic pre or postnatal massage to the home visits instead.

My most popular package where I see you every week in my yoga classes (local to Bristol or online) from week 28 plus more holistic pre & post natal sessions and a 6 week baby massage course is included to book in when ready. This package is for first time parents to fully embed the journey of sacred and spiritual birth.

EXTRA HOLISTIC TREATMENTS FOR THE POSTNATAL CHERRY BLOSSOM PACKAGE ARE CHARGED @£45/hour up to 6 months post partum.
