    We teach you everything you need to Prepare For Birth & Baby. This modern, empowering, fact-based Antenatal Education, combines the latest in positive birth & baby preparation; along with practices from yoga and hypno-birthing; provide key tools for giving birth & recovery.

    This course is a fantastic opportunity to make new friends; building that all important network of connection, support & reassurance.

    You’ll be invited to join the course’s What’s App group so you can receive invites to brunch meet ups, building your own community to ask questions or share news along the way.

    Open to all! All mums-to-be and birth partners, including same sex couples, solo mums and surrogates. Everyone is welcome.
